邵长伦,博士,英国皇家化学会会士,中国海洋大学筑峰岗位教授,博士生导师,国家优青,教育部新世纪优秀人才,山东省杰青。 近年来,主持了国家自然科学基金(国家优青、山东省联合基金重点项目、面上项目、青年基金)、山东省自然科学基金(省杰青、青年基金)、崂山实验室鳌山人才、青年泰山学者和海洋局海洋公益性专项等科研项目。针对国家开发重大创新药物的战略需求,依据海洋生物的化学防御策略,探索性开展了海洋生态化学防御驱动的海洋创新药物研究。系统构建了化学与功能导向技术体系,精准发掘了系列海洋药源先导分子;解决了多个重要先导化合物药源瓶颈问题,阐释了活性天然产物的靶点和机制;针对海洋蓝色药库开发计划,已发现2个候选药物进入系统临床前研究阶段。 以通讯(共同)作者在Nat Prod Rep,J Med Chem,Green Chem,Commun Chem和J Med Virol等国际高水平期刊发表SCI论文70余篇。论文被 LANCET Infect Dis, Nat Rev Chem等他引5000余次,论文H因子41。其中封面文章1篇,高被引论文1篇,1篇论文发表后连续七周入选“Most Read Articles” Top 20论文。发现的部分结构新颖、活性显著的海洋天然产物发表后,引起了多领域国内外同行的高度关注和认可。已有4类8种新天然分子被包括英国皇家科学院院士Varinder K. Aggarwal、美国艺术科学院院士Amos B. Smith, III和澳大利亚科学院院士Martin Banwell在内的专家学者作为全合成研究对象。国际知名专家Bartosz A. Grzybowski选择以bastimolide A为模板分子,利用人工智能算法构建多羟基化骨架的探索性全合成路线。 以第一发明人获授权中国发明专利12件,授权美国发明专利4件;获山东省高等学校科学技术一等奖(位1)。共同主编普通高等学校十二五规划教材《海洋药物学》;被评为山东省研究生创新成果一等奖指导教师和山东省优秀硕士毕业论文指导教师。培养博士后出站4人,指导博士生19 人(其中8 人在读,11 人已毕业,含2名国际留学生),指导硕士生38 人(其中15 人在读,23 人已毕业)。 受邀担任国际期刊Mar Life Sci Technol海洋药物领域主编(Section Editor),连续四年入选年度全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(2020–2023, World's Top 2% Scientists),并于2024年当选英国皇家化学会会士(FRSC, Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry)。兼任中国药学会海洋药物专业委员会委员,中国海洋湖沼学会药学分会第四届理事会理事,山东省青年科学家协会会员和青岛市药学会中药与天然药物专业委员会青年委员会主任委员等。 | ||||
