教授,博士生导师,中国海洋大学“青年英才”工程第一层次人才,山东省泰山学者青年专家。近年来在Science, Chem. Soc. Rev.,Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Chin. Chem. Lett., JACS Au, Green Chem., Green Synth. Catal., Chin. J. Chem.,Org. Lett., Org. Chem. Front.等期刊发表SCI收录论文几十余篇,获得授权专利7项。主要研究领域为不对称催化合成氮杂环及其导向的天然产物合成和药物化学

研究进展

 

 

 

 

在现代药物研发的舞台上,氮杂环化合物因其在药物中的功能多样性和结构多样性而备受青睐。氮杂环的合成中,手性氮杂环的合成更具挑战,因为手性不同,药物的效果千差万别。选择性地合成手性分子的单一异构体是合成化学家和药物化学家长期追逐的梦想。王杨教授课题组致力于手性含氮杂环的不对称催化合成研究,近年来开展了系统而持续的研究工作,取得了一系列创新成果:1)通过合成方法的突破,实现反应化学、区域、立体选择性的可调可控,一步多键合成多手性中心结构多样的手性氮杂环;2)通过开发的不对称催化合成方法,高效地进行生物碱的合成;3)通过新颖合成方法所合成的高附加值新氮杂环化合物,进行先导化合物开发。
