The Antibody Purification Technician is responsible for rabbit monoclonal antibody(RabMab) new and replenishment products. Will also be involved in purification process optimization.
Daily work of antibody purification and corresponding affinity column preparation
Monitor and adjust purification processes or equipment for quality and purification yield.
Prepare and assemble materials.
Set up and operate purification equipment accordance to SOP/GMP
Prepare purification documents, such as standard operating procedures, manufacturing batch records.
Internal and external communication.
Perform additional duties and/or other projects as required or assigned.
Biological sciences with 3 years academic, biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience required
At least two years of experience in antibody or protein purification
Hands-on involvement and trouble shooting ability required

Active and initiative work attitude for making progress relative independently
Must be a highly responsible individual able to execute multiple efforts with high fidelity
Ability to effectively manage and interpret data required

负责细胞培养和维护工作。杂交瘤开发组目前有十余人组成的产品开发团队，隶属于兔单克隆开发部门。
部门介绍
杂交瘤开发组主要负责杂交瘤细胞开发和维护工作。我们由240E岗位和champion岗位组成。我们通过细胞融合、细胞亚克隆等技术提供杂交瘤上清和单克隆细胞给下游的抗体筛选部门、抗体检定部门以及抗体生产部门。最终我们开发出质量稳定的阳性单克隆杂交瘤细胞，提供给重组抗体部门开发单克隆抗体。
岗位职责:
• 日常细胞培养和细胞维护工作。
• 实验工艺优化及创新工作。
• 能和上下游兔子免疫、抗体筛选、重组抗体生产等部门及上级主管积极沟通、团队协作，共同开发出高质量的抗体产品。
• 实验数据记录和数据分析。
• 遵守公司的实验室管理规章和健康和安全条例。
• 定期向主管汇报工作状态，及时发现和解决问题。
岗位要求
• 拥有学士及以上学位，有细胞培养工作经验者优先。
• 有良好的沟通交流能力，有团队协作精神，能适应长假加班。
