岗位职责：
Job Description
1. 负责蛋白表达和蛋白纯化的方法优化,并承担部分项目的管理工作；
Responsible for the optimization of protein expression and protein purification, and undertake the management of some projects;
2. 参与技术平台的开发与优化，包括项目评估、立项、执行、问题分析与解决等；
Participate in the development and optimization of technology platforms, including project evaluation, project establishment, implementation, problem analysis and resolution, etc .;
3. 详细记录实验过程和结果，整理与分析实验数据，及时而准确撰写实验报；
Record the experimental process and results in detail, organize and analyze the experimental data, and write the experimental report in a timely and accurate manner;
4. 完成上级交付的其它任务。

Participate into biologics purification process development, containing affinity, ion, hydrophobic and complex chromatography;
3、负责协助蛋白大分子的深层过滤、除病毒过滤、超滤工艺开发等；
