职位描述：

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
 1. Lead employees of department to achieve targets and control cost according to budget. 
 2. Assure the quality flow, activities and standards to comply with the relevant policies of Bayer AG and SFDA. 
 3. Fulfill and control implementation of all relevant change related internal & external topics, HSE, GMP and compliance etc., contributes to cost reduction by leading implementation of quality initiatives including process controls, mistake proofing, standardization, change control, etc. 
 4. Implement cGMP/GLP etc. and Bayer appropriate Quality system, control and follow up on sustainable implementation of relevant guidelines to ensure Dihon quality system meet applicable Chinese and 
 5. Bayer GMP/GLP etc. requirements incl. new MaJinPu site currently under construction 
 6. Supporting and supervising other Dihon areas in quality issues such as validation, qualification, deviations, complaints, documentation systems and Change Management procedures as well as Quality Control labs' activities; 
 7. Support PS related license change/renewal in close cooperation with RA etc., give necessary support for product related license maintenance; 8. Implement and follow up on quality relevant KPI setting (eg Deviation system, Q+V system, Complaints, supplier management etc.) according to external and global quality management requirement. Under high compliance level 
 9. Facilitate internal & external communication on quality issues, including organizing GMP self-inspection regularly and annual quality review and organizing to identify and report the quality accident, reporting the results, communicate with the supplier about Bayer quality requirement and help them to provide RM with good/stable quality 

 WHO YOU ARE 
 1. Bachelor or above, major in chemistry/pharmacy or other related areas. 
 2. More than 10 years working experiences in Quality area and min 5 years working experiences working as Quality head (QA/QC) with deep knowledge of relevant internal and external Quality requirements. 
 3. Preferred to have working experiences in multinational company with strong GMP consciousness. 
 4. Hands on mentality in execution of sustainable Quality system implementation. 
 5. Excellent leadership and communication skills and ability to work in local and global cross functional teams. 
 6. Good command of English (oral and writing).

 * Education level: higher than college degree 
 * At least 3 working experience in retails sales function in top 10 key competitors;

 • Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry 在OTC行业或者跨国零售业的快消行业的相关工作经验
 • Retail Rep (junior): No working experience required, but medical/ clinic education background is preferred. 无需工作经历，医疗教育背景优先。
 • Retail Rep: At least 1 year, typically in charge of 100 drugstore mgmt. 至少一年，最好管理过100家药店。
