抗体大分子单克隆
岗位职责：
1、为本公司抗体大分子研发服务平台提供全面的支持，包括平台近期和长远期战略规划、和对项目选择和项目管理提供技术管理和科学指导；
2、将直接领导一个超过10个人的科学家、技术员团队，负责制定战略方向、近期和长期目标规划并实施；
3、能胜任领导治疗性抗体早期研发项目，包括项目立项和审核，起草研究方案和具体研究计划实施，总结报告实验结果等；
4、有效地管理团队、团队的个人职业规划和晋升。
任职要求：
1、应聘者要求有博士学位，专业要求：免疫学、分子生物学、或生物化学毕业；
2、至少具备5年以上生物大分子和抗体研发经验，具有以下领域的知识和技能，如单克隆抗体制造及筛选、抗体工程设计、噬菌体展示技术、抗体文库设计、和其他生物制剂相关技术等；
3、具有一定免疫学理论知识和实际应用经验；
4、具有一定的实际体外细胞免疫功能方法建立和测定经验；
5、熟悉抗体大分子药物的临床前开发过程；
6、良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
