| 于2020年加入医药学院开展独立研究,教授,博导,入选斯坦福大学-Elsevier"全球前2%顶尖科学家"(2022-2024连续三年)、获评Materials Horizons新锐科学家、担任山东省高校"青创科技计划"创新团队负责人。研究工作聚焦仿生组织粘附性水凝胶与智能药物递送系统研究领域,开发了一系列基于海洋生物资源的新型功能材料,通过精确调控材料表界面性能,在组织精准修复、可控药物释放及抗菌抗炎抗肿瘤协同治疗等方面取得重要成果。已在Advanced Materials、Matter、ACS Nano、Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Advanced Functional Materials等国际权威期刊发表论文40余篇,其中10篇入选ESI高被引论文,总被引3800余次,H指数28。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、山东省优秀青年基金等科研项目。指导学生团队荣获全国"互联网+"大学生创新创业大赛校级一等奖、第十一届全国大学生医学创新大赛暨"一带一路"国际竞赛省级三等奖等荣誉。 Google scholar:https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=maP4dcwAAAAJ&hl=en ResearchGate:https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Lu_Han95 | ||||

| 组织修复材料的生物功能性和界面结合性问题是影响其临床应用的关键瓶颈,涉及材料、化学、医学等多学科交叉,而传统的组织修复材料普遍存在湿态组织粘附/整合性弱、生物功能性不足两大难题。团队基于海洋生物材料特色,聚焦仿生功能化生物材料与组织修复再生这一核心科学问题,仿生海洋贻贝的多尺度粘附机制,形成了“界面-功能-调控”的新型仿生生物材料体系。包括借鉴贻贝在水环境中稳定粘附的分子机制,开发新型仿贻贝组织粘附水凝胶,突破湿组织表面粘附的关键技术难题;提出酚醌氧化还原介导的自组装机制,构建具有分子识别和细胞粘附功能的智能递送载体提高靶向细胞药物递送效率;进一步利用粘附介导外场刺激驱动微环境重塑策略,设计具有仿生智能水凝胶,并耦合光/电场等物理刺激调控细胞行为,为复杂组织再生提供解决方案。
